Precision in Any Condition: Pro-grade Optics
Engineered for long-range hunting in open terrain, the Trail3 XR50 LRF pairs a professional 640×480 thermal sensor with a 50mm f1.0 germanium objective to reach targets at 2200m with an 8.8° field of view. Its <18mk sNETD thermal sensitivity renders sharp, detailed images across variable conditions—dense fog, heavy rain, high humidity—where conventional optics fail. The Full-HD 1920×1080 AMOLED display delivers exceptional image clarity. An integrated proximity sensor automatically dims the screen when lowered, eliminating field light signature while extending battery endurance so you stay powered through extended hunts.
Confidence with Every Shot: Built-in Laser Rangefinder & Stream Vision Ballistics
A built-in precision laser rangefinder provides a measuring distance of up to 1200 m with an accuracy of ±1 m, providing valuable distance data and allowing you to ascertain how far away from your target you are, so you can shoot with confidence.
This LRF also provides crucial distance data when using the Trail 3 XR50 with the Stream Vision Ballistics app. Stream Vision Ballistics uses sophisticated algorithms to provide accurate trajectory corrections and a suggested point of aim (SPOA). It can also create specific profiles, allowing you to transfer the Trail 3 from one rifle to another, without the elongated setup process. Find out more about Stream Vision Ballistics here.
Enhanced Precision: Picture-in-Picture Mode
Precision is enhanced even further through the Trail 3’s new rounded Picture-in-Picture function, providing a separate viewing section (around 10% of the screen) in the centre of the screen, allowing you to focus on a subject, zooming through the riflescope’s full 3-24x magnification range, whilst maintaining full situational awareness.
Adapt to Your Environment: 9 Colour Palettes
The Trail 3 offers the choice of 9 colour palettes, enabling effective observation of the field of view, each of which allow the user to adapt to changing conditions.
White Hot, Black Hot, and Red Hot are perfect for object detection; Rainbow and Ultramarine will increase recognition and identification capabilities; Sepia, Red Monochrome, and Violet are best for long, night-time observation; and the latest colour palette, Green, mimics the feel of traditional night vision, which is proven to be less stressful on the eye over long periods of observation.
Built for Professional Use: Robust Design
A robust and durable design features ambidextrous focusing knobs, making it the ideal choice for left- and right-handed shooters. Its rugged magnesium alloy bodyshell protects against the knocks and scrapes that professional users are all too familiar with during use in the field, and its IP67 protection rating ensures the Trail 3 will work reliably in challenging conditions, including heavy rain and snow. And for those venturing into unforgiving climates, it’ll even withstand extreme temperatures, remaining fully operational in -25 to +55°C.
Recoil rated at up to 6000 joules and with a robust monoblock construction, this scope can handle high calibre rounds without breaking a sweat. The Trail 3 can be used with 9.3×64, .30-06, .300, .375H&H, etc., as well as smooth-bore and pneumatic rifles.
More Hunting Opportunities: Up to 10 Hours of Battery Life
The Trail 3 uses a replaceable, rechargeable LPS7i battery pack, providing up to 10 hours of power and ensuring extended observation through the day and into the night. The battery compartment’s quick-release design makes it easy to swap out one battery for another, so you can keep the hunt going without fumbling around in darkness to replace the battery pack.
Built-in Video Recorder
Capture an unmissable moment during a hunt? With its built-in video recorder, the Trail 3 will capture videos with audio, along with still images, saving them directly to the generous 64GB of internal storage, or to the cloud via the Stream Vision 2 app, so you can share your experience with friends or on social media.
Stream Vision 2
A built-in Wi-Fi module enables connection to the Stream Vision 2 app, which offers a wide variety of connectivity features, including:
- The ability to use a mobile phone as a wireless remote to control the device and adjust its settings. Every change you make through the device can be seen on a smartphone or tablet screen in real-time.
- Remote recording of video footage or the capture of still images.
- A gallery of photos and videos captured on the device can be browsed through and downloaded.
- Keep your Trail 3 running at the best of its ability with remote firmware updates.
