Shipping & Returns

Shipping charges A$11.95 for orders under A$99 in Australia and free for over A$99. We want you to have our product fast, so we predominantly ship Registered Post. We also ship Express Post at extra cost. We default to Registered Post as this has to be signed for and so has limited risk for you. We are happy to send Express Post upon request, but be aware the driver may drop this on your doorstep, so Express Post is AT YOUR OWN RISK. Since Covid dropping has been the norm. We suggest only getting Express Post sent to a business address or a fully manned address, such as a Police Station.  Express Post provides overnight service to most capitals and many regional centres (excluding WA - for some reason Australia Post always takes longer to WA). This service generally provides 2 day service to other locations. Those of you who work in very remote locations are aware it may take longer. We are happy to use your choice of shipper at your expense.

Scopes are generally sent via Australia Post orToll Express.

New Zealand shipping is a flat A$37.00 however much you purchase.

International orders are welcome, we suggest you email to discuss the shipping options.

Shipping Times

We ship via Australia Post. We ship Monday to Friday. If your order is in before 11.00 for Australia Post it usually ships the same day. We generally ship from the office, postcode 2089 so you can go to Australia Post and work out the likely transit times to your location. If this is a time sensitive delivery for you we suggest you utilise our optional Express Post service if it is available to your area. Express Post can be opted for at checkout, it is $10 extra for purchases over $99 and $16.95 extra for under $99. Toll Express website is Toll Tracking

Special Shipping Instructions

We are happy to accommodate special requests and what we can control, such as “please use Australia Post” or “Please don’t ship Friday”. While we will do our best, we use Australia Post  and they just aren’t able to accommodate requests like “please call 1 hour before delivery” or “please place in dog kennel at rear of property, Rocky the German Shepherd looks vicious but isn’t” (actual request, with name change to protect the innocent!)


We understand that buying an item from the web is difficult, so we offer a simple solution. If you purchase a torch or headlamp and when it arrives it is not as you expect, send it back within 24 hours for a refund. We strongly suggest for the protection of all parties that a trackable method is used, Australia Post have a number of inexpensive confirmed methods.

If there is a problem or fault with an item you purchase from us, call or email as your first response and we will work to correct the problem. We normally A) Establish what the problem is B) Resolve remotely (eg put battery in the correct way) or send spare parts to suit. C) Replace the whole unit in the case of a defective unit.

All products sold have at least a 12 month warranty (Wolf Eyes Tactical Torches have a 5 year body warranty).

To comply with the Anti Money Laundering and Counter Terrorism Financing Act (2006) we can only refund via the method of payment. This means the exact same credit card, etc our apologies for any inconvenience.
